    How to Submit Your Abstract

    Researchers are invited to submit abstracts for consideration as keynote or oral presentations at BRCAM 2025. To ensure your submission meets our requirements, please carefully follow the guidelines below. 

    All abstract submissions must be prepared using the official BRCAM 2025 Abstract Template, available for download from below. Submissions that do not adhere to this template will not be considered for review.

    Submissions must be made through our online Conference Submission System. All abstracts will undergo review by our Scientific Committee, with notification of acceptance sent to authors by the specified notification date. The submitting author will receive scheduling information via email.

    Please note that abstracts will be published exactly as submitted. The authors of the submitted abstracts are responsible for any Intellectural Property issues concerning the abstracts on their own. The organising committee reserves the right to use submitted abstracts for conference purpose.
