CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear colleague,
It is our privilege to announce the convening of the 2025 International Conference on Advanced Materials, to be held in Ningbo, China from 20-23 October 2025. Building upon the success of last year's event in South Africa, this gathering will unite over 500 materials scientists from more than 30 countries and regions. Ningbo's distinctive heritage as a historic trading port and contemporary research hub provides an ideal venue for fostering global scientific partnerships.
The conference will advance international cooperation through three primary objectives:
Firstly, we are aiming to gather the top scientific minds – including more than 20 international academicians and over 30 Distinguished Young Scholars;
Secondly, we are promoting multi-sector collaboration between leading enterprises, top research institutions, and government representatives with engagement from more than 50 business delegations and working with respected experts from over 50 countries to ensure the cutting-edge and global vision of technical dialogue;
Thirdly, we aim to bridge fundamental research and commercial application through integrated technology demostrations and international business negotiations to accelerate the transaction and application of scientific research results.
The conference will centre on six themes: Biomedical Materials, Polymers Recycling and Reuse, Energy Materials, Ceramic Materials, Composites, and Two-Dimensional Materials. The programme will feature academic symposia and industrial networking sessions and policy fireside chat, designed to catalyse specific outcomes: international joint research initiatives; establishment of collaborative laboratories; cross-border researcher exchange programmes; industry-academia commercialisation partnerships.
We are cordially looking forward to your participation in the International Conference on Advanced Materials 2025 in Ningbo.
