Presentation Types

The duration of presentation including discussions depends on Session Convenors. Our recommendations are:

- 40 minutes for plenary talks

- 25 minutes for keynote talks

- 20 minutes for invited talks and applied talks

- 10 minutes for oral talks

The above presentations require authors to prepare their own Powerpoint slides, preferable with a 16:9 aspect ratio. You can either use your laptop or put your presentation on a USB memory stick and use the computer at your disposal in the session room.

Poster

The viewable size of the poster board is vertical 1.2m and horizontal 0.8m.

Authors need to be present on their posters for discussion with attendees during the session. Subsequently, it is each author's responsibility to remove his/her poster poster immediately at the end of the session. BRCAM assumes no responsibility for poster left up after this time.
